Refund Policy

Ticket Purchases 

All ticket sales are final. Due to the intentionally limited size of our classes and curated experiences, we’re unable to offer refunds once your spot has been reserved.

Event Cancellations

If Latte Lane needs to cancel an event for any reason, we’ll issue a full refund to all ticket holders.

Event Postponements

If an event is rescheduled, your original ticket will automatically apply to the new date. Can’t make it? You’ll have 7 days from the announcement of the new date to request a full refund.

Gifted Tickets

If your ticket was purchased as a gift, any eligible refund will be issued as event credit — redeemable for future Latte Lane events.
